About This Project

With stunning views of the River Wye our clients required additional space for a gym/craft room and separate annexe. Both timber frame structures were fabricated in our factory in smaller panels than usual due to site access restrictions and steep ground level. Built on galvenised ground screws due to the poor ground structure and sloping aspect installed by our fully trained and certified team.

Finished with a medium char timber cladding exterior along with a wildflower roof enabling the structures to blend in to the local woodland landscape with ease. Both dwellings feature triple glazed aspects, maximising on the expansive valley views and ensuring comfort throughout the year. The annexe interior is ply lined and white washed with osmo along with bespoke kitchen, bathroom and bedroom furniture built in-house by the CNC team. The gym/craft room is finished with the lovely texture of sterling board bringing the surrounding nature inside exuding a sense of calm and tranquility.

Two visually striking and low energy/sustainable dwellings for our clients to enjoy.
