Passivhaus Gloucestershire

We supplied our passivhaus timber frame system for this project, manufactured offsite, in our factory in Lydney. The Passiframe team craned the structure in over a four day period and continued until water tight stage, with roof finish and windows and doors installed.

Upon completing our scope of work we carried out a preliminary air pressure test to ensure our system performed to the standards required. We had a great result, achieving 0.16ACH.

The clients will continue to project manage the completion of the dwelling themselves. We look forward to returning to see the end result.
