Monmouthshire Passivhaus

With panoramic views of the River Severn and Chepstow town we craned in our timber frame system on to an ICF ground floor provided by Econekt to complete this passivhaus new build in the Wye Valley. By fabricating the system in our Lydney factory to mm precision we craned the panels in over a time efficient three days along with flat roof panels ready for sedum.

Following a successful preliminary air tightness test of 0.35 ACH we happily passed the project over to the follow on trades.
