Gloucestershire low energy dwelling
A single storey new dwelling in Gloucestershire. Built using our highly engineered timber frame system consisting of structural ijoists and airtight sheet material and membranes fulfilled with cellulose insulation. The flat roof system provided a watertight base for the sedum and triple glazed roof lights. The dwelling features a cedar clad terrace to the rear of the property to enjoy views of the surrounding woodland and habitat pond below.
Watertight, wind tight and airtight with triple glazed windows and doors with mechanical ventilation and heating system combined, providing a comfort standard second to none.
The air pressure test calculations came in at 0.17 m3/m2.h AP50 permeability. Due to the single storey shape and ratio of surface area to volume the ACH was actually 0.23. Still an incredible result.

It seems Scott and Justine have a knack for bringing a highly skilled and truly caring team together, all of whom bring a special something to create the magical whole. We can’t thank you enough for making Mum so happy, that is priceless.
